still cool or too young for debut flight? -noriaki-
I saw a butterfly holding tight to grass and being blown in the morning breeze of early summer. It stayed there for a while and made me wonder if it needed some warming up to fly in the cool air or hesitated to make its debut flight after its birth.
Leaving there and getting slightly sweat with some work, I returned there to find only grass swaying in the breeze. -Noriaki Gentsu
初夏のそよ風に吹かれて蝶が草にしっかりと止まっていた。しばらく見ていると寒い空気のなかでウォーミングアップしているか、それとも生まれたてで初飛行をためたっているように見えた。
そこを離れてひと仕事して少し汗ばんだとき、また戻ってみるとそこにはそよ風に揺れる草があるだけだった。 -Noriaki Gentsu
